**Implementation and Key Account Manager**

Our client is a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, headquartered in Auckland CBD, delivering smart logistics optimisation software to large enterprises and logistics companies. Their digital transport management system (TMS) was founded here in New Zealand, and is currently in a rapid phase of growth, adding customers in our home market, Australia and the USA.

They are looking for someone to join the team in the implementation and account management space. You will be part of the team that drives the sales and implementation of our software to enterprises, and manage account relationships across our customer base.

You will collaborate with the rest of the NZ team to guide companies through the process from initial demonstration to implementation. You will prepare demonstrations of the platform for new clients and lead the on-boarding of new transport companies onto our transport management software.

You will lead communications and relationships with the client as you investigate their business needs, plan a scope of work, migrate data and implement the TMS. Experience with any TMS or ERP will prepare you well for this role. You will trained on anything you need to know about the industry and the software.

You will have frequent visits and interactions with our existing customers, providing training and support, and work with our software engineering team to identify solutions for customer problems and enhance the customer’s experience. You will assist the engineers during the design and implementation of new features for prospective clients and with testing of new features for the carrier platform.

You’ll spend most of your time in the Auckland office working with clients through digital means, with an anticipated 5-7 days of travel per month to clients.

- A degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology (Preferred but not required)
- 3 years previous experience with client facing role and experience in the software industry preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive and task orientated nature
