We're after someone with a bit of experience running accounts for agency, to join our team and hit the ground running as we go into the busy peak season this year. You'll get a key account to look after, as well as a number of other accounts too.Sound like you? Read on….What You'll Do:Client Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with New Zealand's top companies, understanding their unique hiring needs and coming up with the best solutions to support them. You'll be an expert in your field, and be able to strategically lead your customer to best support their labour needs.Wow your Customers: A key account manager goes over and above to not only deliver, but to wow the customers through moments of delight. You'll have the licence to do this, to beat your competitors to winning these customers over.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process—from job brief to candidate placement. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with their ideal roles.Achieve Results and KPIs: Meet and exceed placement targets, helping connect both clients and candidates in jobs they love.What We're Looking For:Recruitment Agency Experience: Previous recruitment experience required, ideally in blue collar agency recruitment. We're really looking for candidates with a strong drive and a willingness to learn too.Compelling Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The most important thing in our industry is compelling communication, so you'll be okay to pick up the phone for the hard conversation.People Skills: A passion for working with people, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. It's a thick-skin kind of industry, so you'll be good at picking yourself up and keeping on moving forward.Goal-Oriented: A results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in the world of recruitmentCollaborative Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture. You won't meet the growth goals on your own, so working well with others is important.This role is a full-time position, with a mix of in office, at clients sites, and remote working.
