Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
You will lead and manage several critical functions within the People and Capability team. You'll be responsible for planning, organising, and allocating resources for HRIS and payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll services for Ministry employees and maintaining HR information systems to meet statutory requirements.
Your leadership will extend to managing projects, providing technical guidance, and fostering collaboration within the team and across the Ministry.
Additionally, you'll oversee reporting services, engage with stakeholders, and champion equity and te tiriti obligations. Your role is integral to upholding the Ministry's values and culture while driving reliable HR service delivery and continuous improvement.
Ko ngā pukenga ōu - What You'll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or work experience
- Proven experience and excellent understanding of HR Service Delivery functions
- Technical experience in HR information systems, reporting, workforce data analytics and payroll systems.
- Significant experience in leading, developing and motivating a diverse high-performing team to deliver outstanding services and programmes in a large, complex environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with people leaders and stakeholders.
