Payroll and HRIS Manager - People and Culture

The role:

We are embarking on transformational change as we move towards sourcing and implementing a new HRIS system, to meet our customers' needs, while constantly improving our service offering through other payroll-based projects.

To this end you will be an inspirational leader who is adept at building capability within your team, keeping your finger on the pulse regarding BAU, whilst providing leadership oversight, and driving continuous improvement.

You:

Presenting with payroll and HRIS leadership experience within a complex environment and across diverse payrolls, you will bring strong governance, be systems-savvy, with the ability to optimise this function.

Key to success in this role will be the ability to assimilate information effectively, and quickly understand customer's perspectives, whilst developing, maintaining and evolving relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all.

Areas of focus encompass:

  1. Leading a team (11) across a diverse range of payroll, remuneration and HRIS Analysis service delivery for 1800+ staff and variable contract types
  2. Project management and leadership
  3. HRIS System and Process improvement projects
  4. HRIS Reporting & Governance
  5. Stakeholder Engagement
  6. Risk and Financial Budget Management

We are keen to see your strong demonstrable knowledge and experience in a range of HRIS systems, preferably with experience working with Technology One; management and implementation of HRIS systems and building of robust HR metrics and trend data for the business to support effective decision making.
