**Who are we looking for?**

The role of the **Global Partnerships and Alliances Leader **will be responsible for the management, execution and expansion of Digital partnerships and alliances in priority markets and regions for GHD Digital. This will include both supporting execution of GHD Digital’s existing global relationships, as well as assessing and establishing new partner relationships, in accordance with the GHD Digital Strategic Alliance Framework. The Leader will also coordinate the Digital team’s efforts to scan and assess start-ups relevant to GHD Digital’s strategy.

This role can be located near any GHD Hub office in North America, Australia or New Zealand

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

- Develops priority Partnerships & Alliances o enable strategic alignment with the GHD Digital Global Business Plan.
- Identifies joint offerings with Partners and coordinate relevant Go-To-Market strategies.
- Implements our strategy to expand and mature partner relationships to grow revenue and market presence for both GHD Digital and the assigned partners.
- Responsible for developing the end-to-end “Partner playbook” across the relationship lifecycle, and for leading all aspects of execution across the partner portfolio.
- Lead’s the screening and review of potential Partners and puts in place a framework for decision making
- Develops activation plans for each assigned partner relationship, in collaboration with Practice Directors and Market Leaders.
- Coordinates executive sponsorship and relationship alignment between GHD and the partners.
- Reports on progress and outcomes for all Partnership relationships, against agreed goals/KPIs.
- Works collaboratively with Practice Directors and Market Leaders throughout the partnership lifecycle, from screening through management and potential retirement of each relationship
- Help others to understand how they can contribute to the overall success of the Partnerships & Alliances Strategy for group
- Seek feedback and support from others as vital.
- Pro-actively invest in own personal development activities and within the team to continually ensure they are ahead of business ecosystems and partnerships/alliances.
- Maintains a joint governance model to ensure effective alliance management and execution, including day-to-day business leads for each partnership, nominated in consultation with our Sales and Practice leaders.
- Demonstrate living our values - safety, teamwork, respect and integrity and champion GHD Digital’s culture.
- Lead development of communications materials, for Partners, working closely with Digital Market Leaders and the Director of Marketing & Communications.
- Development of partner and alliance portfolio of coordinated, market-ready solutions
- Percentage increase in integrated sales with partners
- Percentage increase in sales pipeline with chosen partners

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Proven understanding of major enterprise Digital trends, especially in GHD’s core markets
- Knowledge and confirmed experience leading enterprise alliances and partnerships, including with startups/emerging companies, with a strong background of success
- Technical experience in one or more core GHD Digital competencies, such as GIS, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software products, IoT, Cloud platforms, Aerial data capture, Automation, Digital Engineering/BIM, Cybersecurity, or 3D visualization
- Strategic problem solver who is able to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
- Must become comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques
