The Manager Community Partnerships is a newly created position leading the team responsible for planning and integrating community partnerships across MBIE’s regulatory systems to promote a community-centric approach. A genuine partner with Māori (Te Tāpuhipuhi) and other communities, you’ll create and build sustainable relationships with key community partners to support better outcomes for the communities you serve.

This is a full time, permanent position preferably based in a main centre, however other locations will be considered. The salary range is $132,417 - $160,472.

**Mōu | About You**:
You’ll be a people centric leader with experience leading teams. Alongside your experience in the oversight of the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives, you’ll have demonstrated ability adopting models underpinned by a Kaupapa Māori paradigm.

You won’t be afraid to respectfully challenge, looking for ways to do better and will bring your ideas and those of your team to the table. While there are existing programmes of work, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to make this role your own and have the strategic insight to understand what will be required moving forward, developing strategy and work programmes that are fit for purpose.

Through your work, you’ll develop trust quickly with Senior Managers while leading and developing a culture of high-quality insightful solutions for customers through using day to day tikanga Māori in the team.
