We are responsible for designing community-based systems of care, agreeing health and wellbeing plans, executing those plans, and monitoring outcomes which then feed into the design process. We work in partnership with our Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to shape system-wide public health services across the motu.

You are an experienced and senior Team Leader or Manager. In this role you will manage the business support team which is responsible for the internal planning and reporting across commissioning, including risk management, business planning and monitoring of service delivery. The Team Leader and the team will work closely with the Offices of the Regional Wayfinders to ensure systems and processes are consistent across Commissioning.

- Over 5 year's experience in leading a team responsible for one or all of planning, business process improvement, risk management and reporting
- Significant experience leading staff/kaimahi, including managing the workload and prioritisation of kaimahi's work.
- Experience ensuring all business best practice, policies and procedures are well known and implemented
- Experience and skilled in contributing advice and expertise on planning, business process improvement and risk
- Experience developing, maintaining, and influencing relationships within the team, in order to get the best outcomes.
- You should have a passion and interest in quality improvement and be keen to work with a team on developing our internal systems and processes with a view to adding value.
