We’re fishing for a full-time Fulfilment Assistant to join our awesome Webstore team to pick and pack customers online orders. This full-time role will require working 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) from 7:00am - 4:00pm.

**About you**:
The role requires a hard-working, **_Inspired_**, and committed person to pick and pack our online orders. You will have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail and have the **_Discipline _**to see a job from start to finish. You will be part of a **_Passionate_** team dedicated to getting our products to our customers with **_Integrity_** and **_Care_**, at the right time and in the right condition. You will have the **_Entrepreneurial_** spirit to try find new ways of revamping areas that could be improved. You will be responsible for the entire online fulfilment process from collecting the product, all the way to preparing them to be shipped off to our customers

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Upholding proper Health and Safety standards of your environment
Processing webstore sales, fulfilling, packaging and dispatching webstore orders, in a timely, accurate and secure manner
- Maintaining adherence to webstore procedures
- Promoting and maintaining good inventory controls, including organising and participating in stock take and audits and processing stock transfers promptly and accurately
- Organising necessary support from internal and external IT providers
- Where required, to assist with development of the website
- General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
- Working cooperatively with other team members
- Hardworking, friendly and keen with a "can do" attitude
- A team player
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Quick & accurate in their work
- Be available to work from Mid-October until Mid-February (our busiest period)
- Experienced in boating, fishing or kayaking (preferable, but not mandatory)
