We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to join our dynamic team working at the Patient Information Service based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who has experience with Dictaphone typing and previous experience word processing, whose primary role is to provide quality checking, to the Transcriptionist within Counties Manukau District. The role would also provide assistance with projects relating to the Transcription team and training for existing and new staff.

**In this role you will be required to;**
- To ensure confidentiality of patient information by supporting Counties Manukau District and departmental policies and procedures.
- To ensure all tasks assigned are completed within the expected time frame.
- Correlation of Reports & Data
- Auditing

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can train either one on one or in groups when necessary.
