**Role**:
If you enjoy teaching, love learning, connect well with people and want to see improved outcomes in knowledge and skills for staff and others, then this may be the role for you. We anticipate you will have great communication skills, have written and presentation proficiency, knowledge of principles of adult learning and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

You will be able to design and develop training programmes and training aids, select appropriate training methods or activities, and market available training. We would require you to assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.

You will have a sense of fun and be able to develop innovative ways of teaching. You will be working with a diverse range of people including staff and managers, teams, and small groups.

**You will**:

- Full NZ Drivers Licence.
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship.
