In New Zealand we have over 350 people located across three offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. About the Role

As a Business Partner, you will provide support and advice to senior leaders and team members on a range of people and culture-related matters. You will be joining a high performing team, who pride themselves on being supportive and collaborative. Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager (based in Wellington) we are looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner who thrives working in a changing environment who can effectively engage and manage expectations of senior leaders in a fast-paced workplace.

This role will provide you with exposure to a wide variety of work and opportunities to lead and deliver on our strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing sound practical and forward thinking HR advice and guidance to people leaders
- Coaching managers on all manner of ER aspects
- Creating strong relationships within the Auckland business portfolio
- Leading and owning HR projects and people focussed initiatives while managing a generalist portfolio
- Collaborating with the wider P&C team to successfully deliver on our strategic pillar of creating an outstanding people experience.

To be considered for this role, you will have a collaborative approach and the ability to influence positive change. You will also have:

- Proven experience in an HR advisory role - ideally 3+ years working as an HR Business Partner
- Previous work experience in professional services (desired but not required)
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
- Demonstrated relationship building skills and a self-motivated approach to work
- Experience coaching leaders to uplift their leadership capability and deliver on their people priorities.
