**Job Description**:
Based in our Head Office in the CBD, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape and execute the people strategy. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing leadership team to craft and execute people and culture initiatives that align seamlessly with the company's core values, purpose, and overarching business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

This role has one direct report, and you will play a vital role in leading ‘people’ projects and programs, offering practical and business-orientated guidance on HR related matters.

**Qualifications**:
We are in search of a strategically oriented and visionary HR practitioner who thrives on partnering with the business and delivering results through people. Key qualifications and capabilities include:

- An appropriate degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strategic thinking skills and the ability to think beyond day-to-day HR responsibilities
- Ability to build impactful working relationships with Leaders, understanding their business drivers and individual needs to drive significant business value
- Extensive expertise and experience in building leadership capability and high performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and discretion in complex environments
- A visible leader with a proactive and genuine approach, fostering an environment of openness and trust at all levels of the organisation
