About the Role The role of the Clinical Director is to lead customer-centric clinical delivery for Enliven residents and clients in partnership with staff and whanau, developing and implementing appropriate standards, monitoring processes, quality systems, clinical training and professional development that ensure Enliven residents have their clinical, spiritual, cultural, social and physical needs met.
To ensure that all services offered by Enliven are reflective of industry best practice and are fully compliant with legal and contractual obligations.
The Clinical Director must be a proponent of the Eden Alternative Principles.
Using your experience and skills gained from professional development and practice experience, you will contribute to the delivery of business requirements including understanding the key drivers of business performance, professional development and assuring effective resource utilisation.
Essential Professional Qualifications / Accreditations / Registrations: Post graduate Nursing qualification at master's level or Ph D, Gerontological major desirable.
Current APC with no conditions Current drivers' license Knowledge and Experience: A minimum of three years' experience at middle clinical management level or higher Understands and can work within appropriate legislation.
Keeps abreast of trends and issues across the sector and related areas (both in New Zealand and overseas), knows when and where to go and get knowledge and expertise.
Sound management experience and understanding of the Clinical and contractual environment related to the older adult.
Competence in Microsoft suite, particularly Word How to Apply: Interviews will be conducted as we receive the resumes.
