Mōu | About you

You will have experience and/or established networks of working effectively within clinical and executive management leadership groups/governance at various levels in large complex organisations.

Your experience will consist of the ability to implement and scale innovation and system improvements at pace, while building multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovations.

You will have:

  • Experience working at an Executive Leadership level within a clinical innovation and improvement environments
  • Proven ability to build constructive relationships across networks of health communities and providers
  • Demonstrated leadership of large scale innovations and improvement programmes across the health system
  • Experience in ensuring equity input and advice at all levels of the portfolio
  • Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
