Demonstrate experience in developing and leading high performing teams.
Significantknowledge of legislation such as CCCFA, Financial Advisors Act, Privacy Act, FMCA and BS11 - although we know you might not know them all.
Experience withmanaging digital and automation risk or transformation / change risk.
Experience implementingregulatory change, and operational risk strategy and procedures at an enterpriselevel.
Confidence in presentinginformation to groups and coaching stakeholders.
Coaching and supporting the business units we support toeffectively manage their risks.
