We are currently seeking a Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team during a period of growth and change across multiple sectors. In this role, you will provide risk management and compliance advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on risk and compliance management, including best practices and evolving approaches.
- Develop risk management frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Support clients in implementing risk management processes and fostering a risk-aware culture.
- Play a key role in client workshops, document reviews, and report writing.
- Contribute to business development, including thought leadership and proposal development.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in a risk management role, preferably in the financial services sector or Line 2 Risk function.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and methodologies.
- Transferable skills in related areas such as operational risk.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide concise and professional insights and recommendations.
- Inclusive mindset and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
