Te Tūranga | About the roleAs a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be working with the TCC and WBOPDC 3 Waters staff and providing technical support to those teams. Working in a collaborative work environment, you will be representing technical needs, providing influence, and managing the relationship with the Watercare team.
Key responsibilities will include:- Enhancing user experience through influencing change and improvement to business systems.
- Managing any issues related to 3 Waters systems, providing technical support, training and accurate reporting.
- Ensuring users receive accurate information and experience a high level of service.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in technical environment or a tertiary qualification in information systems (Diploma Level)/ information technology.
- Experience in work order management or asset management systems.
- The ability to build and manage professional relationships.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently.
