The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
This position is for a 7-week duration from 20th May - 9th July 2025.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Creating supplier invoicing and coding.
- Setting up labour reporting and documentation for operations.
- Creating weekly payroll and entering payroll data in internal Pay global system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internal Nav systems, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
