Reclaim has over 50 years in the recycling industry focusing on recycling and recovery. Reclaim helps to reduce the environmental impact associated with traditional waste disposal and offers customers a sustainable and efficient method of disposing of their cardboard, paper, glass, aluminum, and plastic.

Reclaim offers not only collections but educational seminars, beach clean-up projects, public collection points, and community engagement through tours and open forums.

Although working with some of New Zealand's largest population centers, Reclaim offers all customers sustainability audits to help solve waste issues from the simple to the unique both in product material and volume.

Your Role with Reclaim

  • Work with customers to solve queries, issues, and adaptations to their collection requirements and implement them into existing driver runs that day.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers to address errors and operational concerns.
  • Review and monitor previous, current, and upcoming day's runs to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assign correct trucks for bin drop-offs and collections in the most efficient way possible.
  • Maintain a professional and open line of communication with drivers.
  • Collaborate with drivers to improve run sequences and report recommendations to sales support.
  • Utilise EROAD to track driver progress, offer real-time information to customers wanting bin servicing updates, and confirm site visits.

Your Experience Before Reclaim

  • Proficiency in clear communication over the phone and email to both customers and colleagues.
  • 3+ years proven experience in dispatching, preferably in the recycling, waste management, or short haul industry.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative proficiency.
  • Experience with EROAD and route optimisation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication of the solution.
