About the Role:

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling MOVe trucks to ensure customer freight is transported efficiently. You will play a key role in optimizing fleet utilization, reducing costs, and overcoming daily logistics challenges. Clear and effective communication is crucial to keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Need:

  1. 2+ years of dispatching experience (preferably in linehaul operations)
  2. 2–3 years in the transport industry
  3. Strong organizational and analytical skills
  4. The ability to stay calm and think on your feet under pressure
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. A team-player attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
  7. Sound geographical knowledge of New Zealand
  8. Proficiency in Transport Management Systems and EROAD
  9. A talent for building strong customer and team relationships
