If you're looking for a career where you can make a real difference while being part of a trusted, industry-leading company, we'd love to hear from you.As an essential service, Armourguard's Cash Services division remains open for the banking industry and the public, even during regional or nationwide shutdowns.About the Role:We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our Auckland Cash Services team.In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and professional coordination of dispatch operations, including the loading and unloading of vehicles and ensuring all documentation and processes are followed accurately.Key Responsibilities:Prepare items and relevant documentation for each runCoordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all items are accounted forVerify Road Crew licenses for validity at the start of each shiftPrepare and manage run sheets and associated documentationMaintain accurate daily records of all incoming and outgoing keys, licenses, phones and branch equipmentConduct vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety; report any faults or damageManage radio communications and respond promptly to Road Crew, including communicating any run changesMonitor run status to ensure operational efficiency and service standards are metEnsure compliance with internal audit processes and proceduresAdhere to all relevant legislative, statutory, and licensing requirements, including Equal Opportunity (EO), Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), and SecurityMandatory Requirements:To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks, including:Driver's License, Credit Checks, Ministry of Justice Criminal History, and Immigration checksCurrently residing in the Auckland region & legally entitled to work in New ZealandArticulate, with a comprehensive understanding of written and spoken EnglishFull, clean NZ driver's licenseHold a minimum current Blue COACultural awareness and respect for diversityReliable, trustworthy, and committed to following company procedures at all timesOur Ideal Candidate:Brings the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibilityProven experience in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high performanceWorks collaboratively within a team environmentHighly energetic – you'll be constantly on the goAdditional Duties:Support non-armored collections and deliveries as requiredAssist with cash processing when neededWhy Join Armourguard?Training & Development – We invest in our people with ongoing support and upskillingEmployee Well-being – Access well-being initiatives and support programs to help you thriveCommitment to Excellence – Be part of a company known for professionalism, innovation, and reliabilityEmployee Benefits – Enjoy exclusive employee discounts and Armourguard perksHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Dispatch Coordinator?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
