As an essential service, Armourguard's Cash Services division remains open for the banking industry and the public, even during regional or nationwide shutdowns.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our Auckland Cash Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and professional coordination of dispatch operations, including the loading and unloading of vehicles and ensuring all documentation and processes are followed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare items and relevant documentation for each run
2. Coordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all items are accounted for
3. Verify Road Crew licenses for validity at the start of each shift
4. Prepare and manage run sheets and associated documentation
5. Maintain accurate daily records of all incoming and outgoing keys, licenses, phones and branch equipment
6. Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety; report any faults or damage
7. Manage radio communications and respond promptly to Road Crew, including communicating any run changes
8. Monitor run status to ensure operational efficiency and service standards are met
9. Ensure compliance with internal audit processes and procedures
10. Adhere to all relevant legislative, statutory, and licensing requirements, including Equal Opportunity (EO), Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), and Security

Mandatory Requirements:

1. To progress through the recruitment process, you must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks, including:
2. Driver's License, Credit Checks, Ministry of Justice Criminal History, and Immigration checks
3. Currently residing in the Auckland region & legally entitled to work in New Zealand
4. Articulate, with a comprehensive understanding of written and spoken English
5. Full, clean NZ driver's license
6. Hold a minimum current Blue COA
7. Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
8. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to following company procedures at all times
