About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our Auckland team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, preparing and managing documents, maintaining accurate records, managing radio communications, and monitoring run status.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all items are accounted for
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and manage run sheets and associated documentation
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of all incoming and outgoing keys, licenses, phones, and branch equipment
  • Radio Communications: Manage radio communications and respond promptly to Road Crew, including communicating any run changes
