So what are we looking for?
- Make and maintain customer self-help content for IDEXX veterinary software products
- Make and maintain staff documentation and self-help content for cross-team use
- Form close relationships with Support, Development, Implementation, and Marketing, departments
- Interview customers and staff to measure the impact of content on customer satisfaction and business goals
- Regularly assess content development practices and published work to continuously improve skills
- Convert legacy documentation to new content systems
What you will bring:
- Great technical aptitude combined with excellent practical experience of plain English
- Experience with markup languages such as HTML & Markdown (the experience is preferred but not essential)
- Good proficiency with image editing apps
- A problem-solving, customer-centric mindset
- Experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Enthusiasm and drive, and delivery of great results
- Efficient balancing of a variety of tasks
