Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join us as the Auckland Value Stream Lead. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the entire production plant. You will play a critical role in the local leadership team, providing guidance on strategic site-wide projects and performance in Lean, Sustainability, and Safety across all business functions.

In this role, you will be the leader and the company representative for Auckland site. You will ensure production targets are met to maintain on-time customer delivery with excellent quality and cost efficiency. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence, maximize supply chain value, establish and sustain KPI reporting within teams, and build effective cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology. You will have a passion for driving and leading change and transformation, with visible leadership and a strong sense of ownership. You will be results-driven with experience in process improvement, including lean tools. You will be an effective communicator with a collaborative approach, capable of bringing people along on the journey. You will be passionate about driving positive change and coaching people in all areas of production.
