About the Role:


You will lead a small team delivering payroll services to include the provision of accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.

The role will also incorporate a focus on system and process improvements.

About You:

In this role you will:
- be a skilled and competent payroll professional with a track record of best practice delivery, ideally in the public sector;
- have experience using PayGlobal along with the ability to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to identify areas for process improvement;
- provide timely and accurate payroll advice to managers and employees;
- possess well developed team leadership skills with the ability to impart a collaborative service delivery ethic and ensure ongoing skills development;
- demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills;
- hold recognised and relevant technical qualifications.
