About the Role


Reporting to the Team Leader ICT Customer Services Team Leader, this role is one of three Service Desk Analysts who support internal TEC team members by providing first level technical support, sharing information, and providing training.


  • Identifying and troubleshooting IT related problems/requests
  • Providing TEC staff with the support and advice concerning IT related issues
  • Providing technical assistance as the goto for any support related to our computer systems, hardware, and software.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is keen to take ownership of identifying, troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents/requests and protect the desktop environment via monthly patching compliance.


You bring the following:

  • A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a service desk and support environment
  • Technical experience in the Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to filter and prioritise tasks using your time management skills and knowledge.
  • An ability to convey complicated processes in an easy manner to help customers understand technical concepts easily.

The salary range for this position starts from $54,108 up to $63,656+ depending on demonstrable skills and experience
