Payroll & Employment Administrator

A Pacific organisation established for over 30 years offering an integrated model of care across a wide range of services from 9 locations in Auckland and Northland.
We are looking for a versatile Payroll & Employment Administrator to handle some payroll related matters (the payroll system is outsourced) and to liaise with our recruiters and prepare the essential employment and contractor documentation.
The position is part of the Finance Team and reports to the Manager – Group Finance.This is a permanent employment position.
Location is 117 Carbine Rd Mt Wellington.
Hours are forty per week.
About You What you will need for this position is: Payroll system experience Sound skills in document preparation and attention to detail To have an interest in health and wellbeing sectors High standard of computer knowledge and literacy to enable learning of the organisation's systems and programmes To be versatile and able to multitask A full NZ drivers licence An understanding of Pacific cultures and protocols and are keen to be part of making a real difference for Pacific people across Auckland.
