Total Mechanical Solutions is a rapidly growing workshop comprising a close-knit team of heavy diesel mechanics, specializing in the mobile service and repair of heavy plant and equipment across Northland.


We are currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
This role offers flexible working hours ranging from 24 to 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of accounts payable and receivables (Xero)
- Precise and timely processing of fortnightly payroll operations (payhero)
- Data entry using our mechanics software (Mechanic Desk)
- Updating and maintaining Health and Safety systems and policies
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective task prioritization skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license as occasional parts runs may be required for this role
