Administration Manager

- Reception based, MYOB
- 8am to 3.30pm (Mon to Fri)
- 7 week assignment, mid-June start

The role:
- Join a prestigious high end manufacturer as the Administration Manager while this person is away.
- Reception based, you will handle accounting and general administration duties supporting the MD and others
Accounting tasks:
- Ensure PO's, Invoices & Statements are matched correctly
- Generate sales invoices and monthly statements for small consumables side of business
- Bank reconciliations (daily)
- Pay creditors 20th
- Update FX in MYOB
- Basic payroll experience a plus (may not be required)
Administration tasks:
- Reception
- Business support eg emails
- Despatch of goods/freight, quotes
- Office supplies etc
You:
- Will have solid accounting/reconciliation experience ie creditors
- Great communication skills and a warm personality
- Be self-managed, with a mature approach, trustworthy and be willing to 'help out'
- Will be using MS Office & MYOB, MRP- a Production planning and inventory control system is also accessed (training provided)
Offer:
- Hours 37.5 hours/week, ie 8am to 3.30pm
- 1-2 week handover
