An exciting new role has been established in our expanding and evolving Contact Centre teams within a great opportunity to lead the design, build and delivery of training material that caters for face to face and distance learning situations across RHCNZ.

This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

This National Contact Centre Trainer role is responsible for the development and maintenance of creative training solutions to engage and excite our Contact Centre booking staff and drive improved levels of performance as well as patient and staff satisfaction.

The role includes scheduling and conducting practical training and assessment programmes for both new and experienced staff that improve workforce performance.

When not in the training room you will work with the wider Contact Centre teams to hep coach, support, and empower high-performing and energised Contact Centre and Administration teams.

Also this role assists in staff recruitment, interviews and assessment centre activities as required.

The National Contact Centre Trainer will have skills showing:

  • Delivering training sessions and modules in a clear and concise manner
  • An ability to provide feedback to Management on staff progress and training programs
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports
  • The ability to use quality results to identify training needs, observing the daily operations of call centre employees, and identifying any areas of improvement
  • Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on thejob coaching
