We have four family friendly Medical Clinics that provide General Practice services.

We are looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist who can be our first point of contact for patients at any of our busy and fast paced medical clinics. This role requires a certain flexibility of venue and openness to rotation, to assist where required. We have clinics based in Hamilton (Hamilton - Dinsdale, Enderley) Ngāruawāhia and Huntly.

The ideal candidates will have a professional and approachable manner; be efficient and have exceptional customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing of clinics
  • Assistance of patients and visitors
  • Enrolling new patients and transfers
  • Booking in GP appointments
  • Maintenance of patient files
  • Maintenance of patient correspondence
  • Providing clinic staff and response teams administration support

To be considered for this role ideally you will need to have:

  • Ideally be experienced in MedTech or similar systems of one year or more
  • A friendly and welcoming manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data-entry skills and able to multi-task

It is mandatory for you to have the following:

  • Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand / Aotearoa
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Preferred applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks.
