By being mobile and responding at pace, this role will see you traveling NZ providing support to branches under pressure, while acting as a backup and support for our National Operations Manager.


The What...


As an experienced leader of leaders, you will support the National Operations Manager to lead the Transport division to safely deliver its profit and service commitments on a national basis, by leading and supporting the Branch Managers to deliver this standard.


As part of the senior leadership team within the transport division, you will be developing and championing a scalable operation capable of providing consistent outcomes regardless of throughput.


Your responsibilities will include being the person who travels to branches nationwide to provide leadership, mentoring and operational guidance to our existing leaders at times of pressure or challenge.

You will be monitoring the performance of our branches against specified standards to improve. Providing our leaders with specialised knowledge through recognising, justifying, and recommending improvements and developments in the business.

About you

  • Training and Support Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of the previous branch or regional management experience
  • Continuous improvement focus
  • Work alongside Branch Managers to improve overall branch productivity
  • Deliver training programs and support branch performance
  • Manage various projects within branches
  • Support in the absence of a Branch Manager
  • 2IC to the National Operations Manager
