Are you ready to supercharge your career and make a significant impact on the lives of New Zealanders? HEB Construction is seeking a dynamic National TTM Delivery Manager to join our Traffic Business.

**The Opportunity**

As a National TTM Delivery Manager at HEB, you will be part of a nationwide team dedicated to excellence in temporary traffic management. You'll have the chance to work on projects that reshape work practices, uplift TTM worker and STMS health and safety, and ensure road user safety. You'll also have access to a network of established experts and innovators in New Zealand.

**Your Role**

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

- Engage with stakeholders to drive improved practices and maximise the potential of the TTM teams across our regions.
- Support the safe and efficient delivery of projects by providing TTM support services to delivery teams.
- Manage the development of Regional Hubs to provide cost-effective, safe, compliant, and customer focused TTM services.
- Collaborate with the Traffic Business Manager, Planning Manager, and Development Manager to develop and implement TTM growth strategies.
- Support systems development and tender processes, and lead procurement for TTM suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and manage Regional Hubs with a focus on productivity and utilisation to meet budget targets.

- Demonstrated experience in TTM at management level.
- Knowledge in risk management, controls, systems, and relevant standards.
- Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Business acumen and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven people and business performance management abilities.
