We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level motivated individual to join our team as a Penetration Analyst/Tester.

You will be a key member of the team using your developing Penetration Testing skills to discover vulnerabilities that could be exploited by others and put information, personnel and assets at risk.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a range of technical security testing engagements to NZDF;
  • Providing advice to clients that is technically sound and aligned with their request;
  • Conducting Penetration Testing and vulnerabilities assessments on new and or existing ICT systems; and
  • Producing clear and wellpresented reports.

If you have:

  • A background in information security with an understanding of security tools and techniques;
  • 2+ years relevant IT security experience;
  • Reasonable windows and Linux administration ability;
  • Some experience in technical security testing skills, covering such areas as web app and infrastructure penetration testing, code review, and vulnerability assessment; and
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
