About the Role:


Spotless Facility Services (NZ) Limited is seeking to recruit a full time experienced Customer Complaints Co-ordinator, based in Wiri Auckland to join our team delivering great outcomes to Kᾱinga Ora.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Logging of customer complaints into the operating system.
  • Liaising with customers to validate the nature of the complaint pre and post rectification works taking place.
  • Dispatching communications to subcontractors. Follow up for resolution to meet KPI timeframe.
  • Processing of Inbound and outbound correspondence in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Works Supervisors ensuring data is received and processed within KPI timeframes.
  • Assist other team members when and where required
  • Other duties as requested by Team Leader or Manager

You will come to us with the following attributes:

  • Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritising to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • High degree of maturity and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data entry speed
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Must be able to work 40 Hours per week Between 8am5pm
  • Tidy personal appearance
  • Legally allowed to work in NZ


It is essential that you are capable of working with little supervision and have the maturity to know when to seek advice in order to ensure standards and procedures are not compromised.
