Role responsibilities may include:

  • Processing and checking invoices for payment runs
  • Paying staff expenses
  • Entering personal details into systems
  • Ordering, replacing, cancelling and amending credit card limits
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Filing and generating weekly reports
  • General AP tasks
