Ventia is excited to commence a partnership with Waikato based electricity provider WEL Networks to deliver a range of services across their network in the Waikato District on the North Island of Aotearoa.
Kicking off in April 2023, our scope will involve the design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning of new electricity infrastructure across a growing network.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Other key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and compliance with harmonised SHEQ System
- Conformance / Nonconformances in 3rd party audits
- Critical Risk Protocols (CRPs) implemented
- Injury / incident trends and workers compensation performance
- Compliance with health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations Quality continuous improvement program performance
- Workforce competency and qualifications
- Stakeholder feedback Reporting & Quality Control
- Project reports per plan
- Identification of trends, insights and plans to reverse trends
- Audits and assurance activities conducted vs planned
- Contract SHEQ system adoption
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the Electricity and Gas, Infrastructure, or Construction industries.
However, if you are someone who has come from the tools and have had exposure to HSE processes and activities, we would also like to hear from you.
