You will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, as well as working with managers and staff across the organisation to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

The role

We are looking for a customer focussed HR professional who will bring with them demonstrated experience in employment relations, coaching and development, conflict management, performance management and recruitment.

Who will I report to?

You will report to one of our HR Managers, however you will work closely with all members of the team to support the people leaders across the business.

This job is for you if you have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
  • At least three years' of experience in a similar HR role within a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven experience in guiding tricky HR matters, including end to end employment relations issues.
  • Sound knowledge of NZ Employment legislation and best practice.
  • Previous experience with recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach.

This job isn't for you if:

  • You don't have enough experience to 'hit the ground running' - although we'll support you to get you on your feet, you need the confidence and knowledge behind you to lead seasoned managers through tough decisions.

The remuneration for this role begins at $93,000 but is negotiable depending on the skills and experience you can bring to our team.
