We are working with one of our public sector client's to recruit an Office Coordinator/PA.

Super interesting environment to be working in especially during the lead up to the election

Be prepared to be kept busy.

Role Context
You will be delivering consistent administrative and coordination to a busy Manager and the wider team.

The types of tasks you will be doing are:

  • Managing assigned Manager's diary and in box
  • Escalating urgent issues on behalf of Manager
  • Providing meeting support for manager/team including, catering, room bookings,
  • Formatting documents eg. Senior Leadership papers

Skills & Experience

  • Proven administration experience
  • Will be tech savvy and can adapt to new systems & processes
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Agile and can deliver quality work at a fast pace
  • Works collaboratively with others
