We are now recruiting a Territory Accounts Manager to manage the Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga regions.

Terra Cat is the New Zealand Caterpillar dealer.

With a network of over 20 branches and locations across the country, we supply a full range of Cat equipment, services and technology solutions to customers across diverse industries from forestry to power systems to construction.

What does a Territory Accounts Manager do?

  • Develop relationships based on a high level of integrity and care that allow us to understand our customers' needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver solutions to our clients that make their lives easier and more productive.
  • Integrate our products (Caterpillar Equipment) into prospective customer businesses.
  • Maintain a high level of connectivity with our customers not just at the point of sale.
  • Deliver a service that is second to none we believe in getting things right the first time.

What can you bring to us?

  • Attitude. We believe attitude is everything in sales you will get knocked back we need people who can get up again.
  • Razor sharp communication skills. You must enjoy forming relationships with people from all backgrounds and industry sectors we value ALL our customers.

  • Resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to offer solutions and deliver clarity where there is ambiguity.
  • Customer focus it's at the core of our business an uncompromising level of customer care is essential.

Sure, we would love it if you had experience selling heavy equipment, or work in a related field, but to us the most important thing is passion and attitude
