Job Summary:


Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service solutions and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and experience individual to join our team as a Services Sales Manager (previously Services Account Manager).


As the main interface for customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving service business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Services Sales Manager applies value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way based on customer understanding and works as a key member of Customer Account Teams within which growth strategies are formed, delivered and measured.


What you will do:

  • Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysis
  • Create, implement and follow up service account plans and quality plans in alignment with customer and account team
  • Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and factbased value proposal, negotiate and close deals.
  • Identify and negotiate profitable service contracts including ongoing management alongside the Service Account Representative and Service Delivery Managers
  • Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and Internal Sales team
  • Participate in followup value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business both with customers and internallyBased in Hamilton, there is some travel required to meet with customers within your defined territory.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, particularly within Engineering/Technical Industries
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Attention to detail in verbal and written communications
  • A passion to work on solutions that develop a win/win for our customers
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and sales margin targets
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills
  • Selfdriven with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with business development, field service operations and technical support management
