The role:
Developing lasting relationships with short and long-term yachting and boating customers, you'll answer enquiries and process bookings.
Administrative tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance is kept up to date and accurately stored in the system
- Following up with outdated or missing information
- Creating and organising bookings for berths
- Taking payments and settling accounts
- Liaising with security and problem solving
About you:
With previous experience in a customer facing role, either phone based or front facing, you will be confident liaising with a range of customers
You will be:
- Excellent with customers, including over the phone
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Resilient with a friendly and positive work attitude
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems
