We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person to assist with the operational administration of our Wellington SESTA (Specialised School Transport Assistance) Operation.

You will be the first point of contact for our parents & caregivers also liaising with schools and drivers.

We are a kiwi, family owned and operated company with branches throughout New Zealand.

The role:

  • Assisting the SESTA Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service
  • Learning & using technology & systems
  • Driving students occasionally when required.
  • A high degree of job satisfaction establishing and promoting enjoyable relationships with our parents, caregivers, schools, and drivers
  • Uniform requisition & distribution
  • Data Entry, Route Planning & Driver organisation & Communications
  • Being part of a fun & friendly team
  • Opportunity for promotion into other roles

Requirements:

  • Ability to hit the floor running, think on the spot & work in a fastpaced environment, you will love to be busy
  • Be operationally focused
  • A passion for delivering a high level of customer service
  • Pleasant & competent telephone manner
  • Proficient Computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technology
  • A natural ability to take pride in your work
