Mitre 10 MEGA Trade concepts, and feel proud to offer our breadth and depth of products and services to the trades and marketplace.

This is an opportunity to put your skills to the test and become an integral member of our Trade Team.


We are looking for someone to be involved in the development of Trade business, and truly understand our customers and their businesses.


This role is a blend of the Sales Leadership & Trade Operations function:

  • Sales team and trade support leadership
  • Customer relationships
  • Sales and margin reporting
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Margin and pricing
  • Ability to "buy right."
  • Debtor management
  • Freight cost and recovery
  • Ability to optimize Trade functions.


As a large trade business there are a variety of daily functions that need to be constantly monitored and managed to make sure we are delivering the best customer experience possible, and this will be a core part of this role.


Being part of a large
Mitre 10 MEGA store, the role also interacts with our retail business and customers, so a strong customer service focus is integral to success.
