About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to help share the future of SAP Success Factors and take it to new heights Reporting into Head of Digital Enablement, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer centric approach as you balance user experience and technical execution to define vision, prioritise features, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative HR solutions that meet our customers' needs.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work in partnership with various internal stakeholders you define and drive the SAP Success Factors product roadmap as you ultimately strive for best in class, self-service functionality.


You will also:

Define and drive delivery of the SAP Success Factors product roadmap to meet employee needs, People and Culture priorities and business strategy.

Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on tasks that deliver the most value.

Act as the primary liaison for the product, working with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and address concerns.

Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, make decisions on scope and design, and ensure a shared understanding of what is to be built.

Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

About you | Ko wai koe You will be an experienced and visionary Product Owner who possess a big picture view and a strategic mindset.

Previous experience within other large, complex, and corporate environments will set you up for success as you unpick the technical architecture within the Co-op.

Ideally with previous experience in human capital management (HCM), you will have a passion for creating high-quality HR solutions as you navigate conversations that translate the needs of the customer into solutions that are relevant and focused on improving user experience.

As an expert communicator, you will work in collaboration with other key internal stakeholders across the end-to-end ecosystem, capitalising on your technical expertise and challenging the status quo as you bring solutions to life.

Additional skills we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in information technology or a business-related discipline; Product Owner training, or certification Exposure to SAP Success Factors is beneficial but not essential Experienced Product Owner in Agile/Scrum delivery Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables at once Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
