As IDEXX continues to scale, we're looking for a Group Product Manager to take ownership in the product space (Client Engagement), work closely with 2 squads, and provide strategy and mentorship so we can continue to provide premium solutions for our customers.

But what is ezyVet? ezyVet is a cloud-based Veterinary Practice Management Software and Vet Radar is a workflow management software. We provide easy-to-use Software that helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with clients, and reduce workload stress. This role will have ownership across:
  • Product road map - address opportunities, problems, and outcomes in line with company strategy and product vision
  • Product discovery - discovery of product requirements and market requirements, including roadmap items, business case, and insights
  • C oach and oversee Product Owners/Product Managers
  • Managing the squad, prioritizing workloads and backlogs
  • Staying engaged with our customers and working as the voice of customer stories
