About the opportunity


Reporting into the GM Everyday Nutrition (Consumer), the Anchor Programme Manager will lead a number of strategic initiatives designed to accelerate progress and communicate our NZ Provenance and Sustainability credentials, Innovation and Digital for Anchor and the broader Everyday Nutrition portfolio.

Working closely with Global Marketing Managers, this role will focus specifically on:

  • Executing a refresh of Anchor's Visual Identity across both mature and developing markets, working closely with local Marketing Teams, as well as central support functions
  • Managing global artwork support for Anchor as well as other EDN brands such as Perfect Italiano, Mainland and Chesdale, and work to integrate Fonterra Sustainable packaging project into EDN brands.
  • Leading development of our global Innovation pipeline, bringing to life our platforms, helping to align central resources against multimarket/multicategory innovation territories.
  • Digital Lead for global Everyday Nutrition, providing support and guidance for web, content & social presence in EDN for markets.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be a champion for change, bring a flexible approach to problem solving and be able to synthesise information and produce outputs that are easily understood by others.

You will have strong project management experience, excellent organizational and coordination skills. You are adaptable to change and collaboration.

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and ability to communicate roadmaps and progress to senior stakeholders are essential skills for the role.

You are a passionate collaborator and team player, and a great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
