We have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Sector Advisor, Schools to join our Audit Quality team.

As Senior Sector Advisor, Schools, you'll contribute to building and maintaining effective processes to support auditors to complete the annual financial audits of schools.

In this role you'll also lead assigned project work, connect with others in providing advice, guidance, and support to school auditors, and prepare products relating to the school sector.


We're looking for someone with:

- experience encompassing public and financial management:

  • advanced relationship management skills.
- strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills, including information processing and evaluation;
- advanced written communication skills and sound verbal/presentation skills; and
- a tertiary qualification and at least seven years' relevant experience, particularly in auditing or financial reporting.
