We're seeking a
Contact Centre Manager reporting to the GM Group Revenue, Brand & Customer Experience, your objectives are to:

  • lead and motivate your team to reach sales commission potentials and deliver exceptional experience to customers
- identify and recommend structure, product, people and process improvements
- ensure continuous training and development of team
- manage and build relationships with an extensive and diverse group of stakeholders

To be successful in this role it is imperative that you present with:

  • minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the tourism industry (preferably in a multi-lingual Contact Centre environment)
- a focus on Customer Service and Sales
- financial awareness and proven experience with budget management
- experience in dealing with customers globally
- a knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law


Our Contact Centre team is highly multi-cultural multi-lingual and diverse, so your previous experience of working in or managing such environment is vital.

You'll be someone who has cultural sensitivity skills to communicate and build relationships with not only your team, but our customers who are diverse backgrounds and heritages.

A second language is useful.


Our centre operates on a 24/7 basis, so flexibility and availability to work and liaise with our Euro (Nightshift) Crew after hours or weekend is crucial for the role too.
